Sneetches
Sneetches reminds me of how the real world could be. The sneetches with stars were stuck up and very rude to the ones who didn't have stars on their belly's. In the real world, money could be an example. Maybe those who are financially well off treat those who aren't like crap because they feel as if they are better? Or another example may be who looks the best, someone who was attractive could treat someone who wasn't all too attractive like they were nothing. There are many many ways you could look at it. Sneetches also remind me of high school. High school is like a popularity contest! That's how many people see it, who has the drives the best car, who wears the best clothing, who has the coolest friends ect. When really it shouldn't be like that.We're all humans we all have and do the same things. Yea some of us may have things the next person may not have, but that shouldn't determine how we see people. Those kinds of people are the reasons why there are people "categories". Why people judge, and assume what kind of person so and so may be with possibly not knowing who they really are. That could also go back to race, sex, religion. All of theses are a big deal because feel it's a competition. I never quite understood why people couldn't just love one another and enjoy life. All the hatred and judgeing is so unnecessary.

The Rome Of the Ancient Marrier
Imagination & Romanticism;
With this poem, you have to use your imagination. It's kind of a challenge because you don't always understand exactly what the narrator was saying, but the video was suppose to diminstrate a better image. Al i remeber is someone killing a bird and it was big deal.

Ms. P Home for Peculiar Children
So far i love the book. I made the mistake reading it at night before going to bed, and thought everything was in my closet! I don't do scary stuff often when i'm by myself. I have to be with a group of people. But it's a good book and i couldn't put it down! As of right now i'm at the part where Jacob and his father are just getting on the island. Jacob had to convince his parents about going, and then it worked out because his father is writing a book about birds, and where they were going, there were birds that Jacobs' father was really interested in. At first his parents thought it was a bad idea because Jacob didn't know anyone there and because his parents still thought he was still crazy in the head from his grandfather's death.So they asked his phycatrist, and since he knew the reason why Jacob was going to this island, he approved it. Right before Jacob and his father got on the island they saw the island from a distance and thought it was just gorgeous! But when they actually step foot it wasn't as nice as they thought. Jacob's father went nuts when he saw all of the pretty birds.
Jacob begins his research by asking all different type of people what they knew about what happen to the home. Some man named Ozie told him the home was bombed on September 3rd 1940. Jacob almost fainted because right before his grandfather died some of his last few words were "September 3rd 1940". Of course at the time Jacob didn't understand what he ment, but now everything is coming together and is making sense.
Day after day Jacob goes out to the old haunted house and keeps searching for answers, thinking his grandfather will give him clues on what he wanted him to know. Jacob finds a huge, heavy trunk. He does a bunch of things to open up the trunck since they trunck had a lock on it. Jacob throws it down a flyt of stairs and it finally opens. He goes down where the trunk landed, it's betond pitch black. He takes his cell phone out for light and found a bunch of jars with organs inside them. He evetually finds the trunk, it's open and all he finds is the same pictures his grandfather had. Jacob hears a bunch of foot steps and hears voices. Turns out it was the children in the photos he saw. He goes chaseing after them. He loses them and felt like he was going crazy because he wasn't chasing anyone.

The Interruption Of Everything
My book is about a middle aged women named Marilyn. And basically she's narrating her life, and you hear her thoughts. She has such good humor. Her inner thoughts just makes you smile! She talks about the people in her life. She has 3 grown kids and a husband named Leon, whom she becomes bored with, and has thoughts about divorcing him! Leon works a lot and is never home. She also talks about her mother-in, Arthurine. Arthurine lives with Marilyn and Leon. Marilyn loves her mother-in-law but deep down inside she can't stand her either. I'm sure if it was up to her should make arrangements for her mother-in-law to live in a home. She just feels Arthurine is smothering and is very nosy! And you can't forget about her 2 good friends Paulette and Bunny. She's known the 2 for years and they've always been close. Sometimes they aggravate each other because they don't always know when to filter their mouths but i think everyone has friends like that! Marilyn thinks she is on her way to menopause, when later finds out that should could possible be pregnant. Then that same day finds out her daughter Sabrina is pregnant as well! At this point Marilyn's head is spinning. she has all of these things going on and she's trying to deal with them one by one, but it becomes tough because she has to do everything by herself without going crazy.
